Description: The large orange plain Elysium Planitia covers most of the upper part of the planet's disk. Terra Cimmeria, Terra Sirenum and Hesperia Planum make up the brownish band, which thrusts two fingers into the Elysium plain. Planum Chronium and Planum Australe form the lower (southern) part mof the disk. No southern polar cap is visible, while slight bluish haze covers the upper part of the northern hemisphere.
